what makes an anime good?

I was just wondering a while ago but what is it that makes an anime good?
personaly i think the opening and the drawing style are very important cause that will give you the first impression. and if the story sucks well that kinda makes an anime bad i guess

I agree with Yumi-San (is it okay if I call you san?) But it's because I don't go watch series when I don't like the drawings

For me a good anime has a good story, characters must be really intence and not just random, perhaps a (little) love story in it, a bit of fighting here and there, no anoying intro tunes, and certainly NO FILLERS.

I like small anime's more caus things happen faster in the story line.

bleach has a lot of fillers and still you like bleach

to be honnest I liked it until the bounto stuff, since I've seen chobits and Chibi Vampire I prefer shorter anime's

Uhm I guess me too. but sometimes you just get into a story and after that it suddenly stopped. That's my problem with hatenkou yuugi. To sudden end. DNangel has that a little too

Well, yeah, some anime have that.

It's usually because the anime is further than the manga. You know DNangel was never really finished and the mangaka just stopped drawing

Stupid mangaka! How can anyone do that to their fans? (Though (s)he might have a valid reason..)
